A stunning residential complex of 77 semi-detached villas which will reach its completion stage in 2021. This real estate project brought with itself a number of challenges. However, the key issue in this case was to work around the challenge of automating the online configuration of 77 separate houses and match these dwellings with the preferences of potential clients.

To meet the ultimate goals of this venture, the Wild Dots configurator developed 36 variable alternatives for buyers to ensure that each property looks distinct and holds an individual persona of its own. The platform offered four interior design options for the basement and three options for the ground and first floors. The home automation feature enabled clients to customize the interior before construction by choosing from a variety of floor coverings and materials that could align with their vision.

The incorporation of the home configurator drastically shortened the sellout period for the project with up to 50% homes getting sold within 2 weeks. A key reason behind this is the tool’s ability to enhance price transparency as it shows clients the price impact of choosing different options in real-time.

Dating back from the 15th century, The Château de Gingins is an iconic property with timeless interior that reminds visitors of an era gone by. A luxurious piece of architecture with a beautiful lake and breathtaking Alps as its backdrop, The Gingins Castle underwent complete renovation in 1963. The key challenge facing our team was how to showcase the essence of this revamped property to buyers and develop a connection between history and modern times.

Wild Dots developed a smart suite featuring before and after 3D visualizations of the castle’s room which were embedded online.

Our immersive media solution allowed prospective visitors to envision how it would feel to be inside the mansion and truly appreciate its detail-oriented interiors and eye-catching exterior. The goal of this initiative was to create a property buying experience through the use of digital technology.

Residence du Vieux Badoir is a premium residential project which is located in the North West Switzerland. Selling property online can be challenging. The goal of this project was to devise a solution for encouraging urban buyers to consider the prospect of moving to an idyllic countryside location.

For this project, Wild Dots designed a comprehensive 360 degree social media campaign to reach out to future buyers based in urban areas. The team brainstormed on developing a concept for the brand’s graphic identity, created appealing 3D visuals and videos and designed a website to engage users.

The social media campaign delivered the core features of Residence du Vieux Badoir by highlighting how the property can enable them to reconnect with nature and elevate their quality of life while remaining close to the city.
